Terms & Conditions Effective Date: October 6, 2026 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Beasley Landscaping website, online request and booking forms, and other online services provided by Beasley Landscaping (“Beasley Landscaping,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or submitting information through our online services, you acknowledge these Terms.
1. Website Use
Information on our website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current; however, services, materials, availability, pricing, specifications, warranties, service areas, and other information may change.
Images, videos, photographs, 2D plans, 3D renderings, project examples, and descriptions are provided for illustration and planning purposes. Actual site conditions, materials, and finished results may vary.
2. Requests, Consultations and Booking Forms
Submitting a request, booking form, contact form, text message, email, social media message, or other inquiry does not create a construction contract or guarantee that Beasley Landscaping will accept a project.
Submitting a request also does not guarantee pricing, appointment availability, scheduling, or a specific project start date.
Additional information, photographs, measurements, site visits, design work, permitting review, or other evaluation may be required before pricing or scheduling can be finalized.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Preliminary pricing, verbal estimates, budget ranges, consultation estimates, or general project ranges are for planning purposes unless included in a formal written quote or agreement issued by Beasley Landscaping.
Project pricing may depend on site conditions, measurements, access, material selections, quantities, labor, equipment, disposal requirements, permitting, professional services, and the final approved scope of work.
A project agreement becomes effective only after the applicable Beasley Landscaping quote, contract, service agreement, or other project document has been approved or signed and any required deposit or initial payment has been received.
4. Project-Specific Agreements Control
Landscaping, concrete, grading, land clearing, drainage, hardscape, retaining wall, tree removal, construction, design, and other services may be subject to additional terms contained in the applicable quote, contract, change order, invoice, design agreement, disclaimer, or other project documentation.
These project-specific terms may address matters such as:
Deposits and payment schedules
Scheduling and delays
Weather and site conditions
Client-caused delays or work stoppages
Change orders
Property access
Utilities and 811
Permits and inspections
Unforeseen conditions
Material availability
Warranties
If these Website Terms conflict with a signed or approved project-specific agreement issued by Beasley Landscaping, the project-specific agreement will control for that project.
5. Changes to Scope or Materials
Photographs, samples, renderings, product descriptions, plant images, colors, and other examples may differ from the actual installed product.
Materials, colors, patterns, textures, dimensions, plants, finishes, and product characteristics may vary because of natural variation, manufacturing differences, seasonal availability, supply conditions, lighting, photography, and screen display settings.
Changes to an approved project may require revised pricing, written approval, a change order, and/or an adjustment to the project schedule.
6. Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for providing reasonably accurate contact, property, and project information.
Beasley Landscaping may rely on information provided by the customer when evaluating, designing, scheduling, or pricing a project.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or omitted information may affect the project’s scope, pricing, schedule, or our ability to perform the requested work.
7. Electronic Communications
If you provide Beasley Landscaping with a telephone number, mobile number, or email address, we may use that information to communicate with you regarding your inquiry or services.
Communications may include:
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Scheduling and arrival information
Estimate and quote notifications
Project updates
Customer service communications
Invoices and payment notifications
Follow-up regarding requested services
8. Text Messages
Beasley Landscaping may use text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers who provide a mobile telephone number.
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, appointments, quotes, or active project.

Payment requirements for individual projects will be stated in the applicable quote, invoice, agreement, or other project documentation.
Electronic payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or business-management platforms. Those providers may maintain their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Beasley Landscaping name, branding, logo, website content, photographs, videos, project images, designs, renderings, and marketing materials are owned by Beasley Landscaping or used with permission.
Our content may not be copied, reproduced, commercially distributed, or represented as another company’s work without authorization except where permitted by law.
