Hardscape Workmanship & Product Warranties

At Beasley Landscaping, we stand behind the quality of our hardscape installations. Our projects include a 1-year workmanship warranty, covering issues related to our installation and workmanship.

Certain hardscape materials and products may also include manufacturer warranties, depending on the product selected for the project. These may include warranties on pavers, retaining wall systems, lighting, and other materials used in the installation.

Warranty coverage varies by product and project, so we review applicable warranties based on the materials being installed. Our goal is to make sure customers understand what is covered by Beasley Landscaping and what may be covered separately by the product manufacturer.

Do you provide a warranty on hardscape installations?

Yes. Many of our hardscape projects come with warranties, with coverage varying depending on the type of project, materials used, and installation. Depending on the project, warranties may range from 10 to 20 years, with some products and installations carrying warranties of up to 30 years.

Do pavers come with a warranty?

Many quality paver manufacturers provide warranties on their products. Coverage depends on the specific manufacturer, product line, and material selected for the project.

Can you help design my hardscape project?

Yes. We can help plan the layout, materials, colors, borders, transitions, and surrounding landscape so the finished space works well with the home and property.

Do you handle grading and drainage around patios and hardscapes?

Yes. Proper grading and drainage are an important part of many hardscape installations. We can address drainage, grading, base preparation, and other site conditions as part of the project when needed.

Can you combine hardscaping with landscaping or other outdoor improvements?

Yes. Many of our projects include a combination of pavers, retaining walls, landscaping, concrete, drainage, lighting, sod, and other outdoor improvements.

Do you work with engineers when a project requires one?

Yes. When a project requires engineering, Beasley Landscaping can coordinate with qualified engineers to help ensure the project is properly designed and meets applicable structural and site requirements. This may apply to certain retaining walls, drainage solutions, grading projects, structural concrete, and other complex outdoor construction projects. We evaluate each project individually and will let you know during the planning process if engineering is recommended or required.
